Learning Pool’s Marketing team has been named Best Marketing/PR Team in the 2020 International Brilliance Awards, triumphing in a tough category, over an impressive global shortlist.

The award was open to companies all over the globe, and Learning Pool’s Marketing was awarded the highest possible award in its category; Overall Brilliance Winner for Best Marketing/PR Team.

The Business Brilliance Awards celebrate global achievements across various industries and sectors, placing a selection of the best companies and teams under the spotlight in a rigorous and competitive judging process.

Learning Pool’s nomination had the highest score in its category, and was designated overall Brilliance winner.

Event sponsors include prestigious organisations such as LinkedIn, Yammer and Oracle.

Commenting on their decision to name Learning Pool’s team as the deserved winner, the judges said: “The 2020 Award has attracted nominations from organisations of all types, from different parts of the world.

“Many of the world’s largest and most famous companies have won BOC Brilliance Awards.

“This was a great effort in challenging times with fantastic results.

“Adding an acquisition into the fold and being closer and more collaborative than ever is a real feat in socially distanced times.”

In the last two years, Learning Pool’s Marketing team has been revolutionised, and has taken a proactive approach to its team development, with regular training, ongoing support and it also encourages feedback across all aspects of the business.

The local marketing team was awarded the accolade at a virtual event on December 4.

This success is the latest in a string of accolades for the company.

The group was recently awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Innovation), a (US-based) Stevie’s 2020 Gold Award for Customer Service, a Brandon Hall Silver Award for Excellence in Learning, and a CSR World Leader Award.
